Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

DOT IT delivers bespoke digital services as set forth in individualized Statements of Work (SOW) or Project Proposals. Services encompass:

• Custom responsive website design and front-end engineering.
• Enterprise e-commerce platforms with local Qatar payment gateway integration (QPay, SkipCash, CBQ).
• Bespoke web applications, content management systems, and cloud infrastructure deployment.

2. Project Execution & Approvals

Work proceeds in defined stages: Discovery, Wireframing & UI Design, Prototype Review, Development, Quality Assurance, and Final Launch. Client sign-off at each milestone constitutes formal approval to proceed to subsequent development phases.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full settlement of agreed project fees, all bespoke design assets, custom source code, and delivered deliverables transition to full client ownership. DOT IT retains rights to proprietary reusable libraries, framework components, and the right to display the completed work in professional portfolios.

4. Fees, Payment Terms & Invoicing

Project invoicing is structured across milestones (typically an upfront mobilization deposit, mid-stage milestone payments, and final deployment settlement). Invoices are denominated in Qatari Riyals (QAR) or agreed currency and payable within 14 calendar days of receipt.

5. Client Content & Compliance

The client warrants that all text, imagery, trademarks, and multimedia supplied to DOT IT are legally owned or authorized, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.

6. Warranties & Post-Launch Support

DOT IT provides a standard 30-day bug-fix warranty following production deployment to address any defects relative to the agreed technical specifications. Extended service level agreements (SLAs) and monthly maintenance retainers are available upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Qatari law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. DOT IT's cumulative liability under any claim shall not exceed total fees paid by the client under the pertinent project contract.
